A young Abra was a magician. No one knew how he did his magic. But one day, he made himself disappear.
It all started one day in pokemon square. All the pokemon gathered around. There were many pokemon there, ready to see the great Abra's magic again. He was going to make the dairy Milktank disappear before their very eyes! But then, something bad happened.
A young Riolu wanted to know the secret. Riolu was ready to know at all costs. He can tell when a pokemon move is being used because all attacks emit aura, and he could sense it.
When Abra covered the Milktank with the cloth, everyone in the square watched, waiting. Abra started talking.
"Abra Kadabra! Ala-"
Someone in the crowd stood up and cried "My name is Kadabra!"
Abra stared at Kadabra, despite having no eyes, and he sat down again. Then, Abra cleared his throat. "Abra Kadabra! Alakazam! Make this Milktank teleport-"
The moment the young Abra said that, Riolu felt something. And he knew that Abra was using the move teleport to do all his tricks. Once the Milktank was gone, the small Riolu stood up. "I know how you did it! You used the move teleport!" The villagers immediately started mumbling and whispering.
"What?"
"Is this true?"
"Pokemon are crazy these days!"
But one tall and smart pokemon named Alakazam had no expression on his face. Rather, he just walked up to the front and called out to the Riolu. "Prove it." Alakazam said. "If you're going to make accusations like that, you must have proof."
The young Riolu yelled back. "I can prove it!" Everyone in the square quiet downed. Then, the moment of truth.
The small Riolu attempted a Copycat attack. "If this works." Riolu said as it was charging. "Then the move Teleport will activate. A beam burst from his hand and nearly hit the young Abra. Nearly. You see, had it hit, the beam would return and then the last attack used by Abra would be used and then the young Riolu would disappear. But it didn't hit. Instead, the Abra the magician disappeared and in his place was Milktank. When Milktank appeared all she said was "What did I miss?"
Years have passed. Pokemon exchanged stories. But eventually, everyone forgot about him. Search parties stopped searching eventually. And no one has spoken about the Abra at all.
So, now you've heard the story. But the question remains. What is the moral of the story? Everything is fake? Magic isn't real? Magic is real? Everything is real? We all may become famous, but eventually, we'll be forgotten.
