Hey,
I'm Captain Apathy, I love creating wierd pokemon sets and confusing OU abusers. Some of my favourite pokemon include:

Eviolite Clefairy with Cosmic Power, try it- its more irritating than blissey.

Water Veil Floatzel with flame orb and switcheroo

Scarfed Kingler

Lucario with salac berry, endure and reversal.
