"What the?" I gasp as Lewis was slammed aside...
I look back at the monster... Hydreigon was in there...
I was frozen... I didn't know what to do...
Suddenly the monster sent a Dark Pulse in my direction! I evaded it, and ran towards the beast! It still had the Guidance Share forced inside its chest...
I attempted to rip the Shard from its chest, but I was just cast aside... There was no chance of me getting near it...
I was about to attempt again, but the monster blasted another Dark Pulse in my direction! But this time, it was larger! I couldn't evade it this time... I closed my eyes and... Nothing happened! "Huh?" I questioned, before opening my eyes to see that Dodger had endured the hit for me... Literally! He used Endure! "Driftblim!" Dodger cried before countering with some sort of Hidden Power! The monster howled as it fell... I took the chance to rip the Shard out, this time succeeding! Hydreigon was left, in his normal state. Strangely, I still had his Pokéball in my possession, so I returned him to his ball...
I quickly turned my attention back to Lewis, who was still lying on the ground, half defused... Hal defeated...
I cradled him, wiping away as much blood as I could. He opened his eyes a little, a few tears leaking out. "Lewis?" I said quietly. "I'm fine... Just... Can we please leave here?" he asked, coughing up a little more blood. I panicked. "We need to leave here... Quickly" I said.
Myself and Dodger made contact with Lewis... And we all were freed from my nightmare...
