MiteTheKid in the eye of the (Hail)Storm

It was a nice sunny and warm summer day. Mite was casually chilling with his new team in the land of the NeverUsed, until a sudden Hailstorm started by his arch-enemy’s, Yeazzzy’s Walrein appeared.
Mite did not hesitate to send out his Electrode, which instantly blasted the unsuspecting walrus with a powerful Life Orb boosted Thunderbolt.

The damage done was devastating, but the enemy was clearly tougher than expected. It shrugged off the assault, despite it leaving him only a little bit of health to play with. Unfortunately for the mighty Mite, the Walrein had already started eating its Leftovers and using the cold climate to its advantage in order to regain some health.
Such sorcery did not impress Electrode, even though he felt that he had already left his mark, so he went for Volt Switch to leave the battlefield with style. The Walrein was obviously not up for a bigger beating, so he tagged in his beloved team-mate, the horrifying ancient golem made out of ice, Regice!
The attack barely scratched the near impenetrable armour of Regice, which only laughed at the damage it did.

Ninjask wanted to get a piece of the enemy who outmatched his dear friend Electrode so badly. He instantly went for some substitutes to see how the Regice would act.
Shamefully his scouting efforts against the giant were rather useless, as it just kept trying to freeze the cold blooded bug to death with its terrible Frost Breath-attacks.

Having enough of that, Ninjask decided to pass its speed boosts to the enforcer of the gang, Golem. Everyone knew that Golem would be in for a load of damage, as her typing did not give him advantages in taking ice type attacks, but Golem was willing to bash some heads in with her mighty Stone Edge.

The agonizing endeavour made by Golem did severely damage her legendary adversary, but the previous damage she had bravely taken was too much combined with the mystical Hidden Power she got fired by.

Watching his comrade fall after a bloody and messy battle was too much to bear for the Sneasel, who could not hold it any longer. He was absolutely furious. He had already decided that someone was going to pay for the brutality he just witnessed. It was clear that the Regice was a heavy weight, so it was time for a vicious Low Kick, boosted by his totem of power, and anger he scored a critical hit, which easily made the enemy fall.

Knowing the damage Nemesis Jr was capable of doing, Yeazzzy saw it as his best option to call out for another bulky Pokemon of his team, another nearly unkillable fellow, Alomomola.
Sneasel wanted nothing to do with the heart-shaped Pokemon, maybe it was his soft side he felt awakening at the sight of the heart warming, caring opponent.

There was some chaos in Mite’s camp at the point, but Ninjask was quick to carry out the act and sacrifice himself to let another member of his team get the jump over Alomomola.

Alomomola showed its real colours, throwing some malicious toxic on Ninjas, which made it badly poisoned. This particular trick angered Ninjask just enough, so he would Swords Dance to show his feelings, no matter what the cost would be.
Alomomola was obviously far too scared to attack Ninjask after such a frightening sight, she decided to set up another Hail storm instead.
Ninjask did what he does the best, passed the boost away, laughing at Alomomola’s face, as she tried to use Protect in order to avoid the damage, and let the treacherous hail finish Ninjask off.

It was Nidorino’s turn to teach Yeazzzy some respect. He started honing his claws to destroy virtually anything living on the planet. In the mean time Alomomola tried to use her healing powers to help a team member of hers.

Nidorino was not very amused when he understood what was going to happen. The Walrein tried to get healed by the Alomomola, which Nidorino did not appreciate at all. He wasted no time to jab the Walrus with his poisonous horn, which was more than enough to knock out the sneaky fellow.

The hailstorm was still very severe, which ultimately made Glaceon to think it could stand toe to toe against the Nidorino, however thanks to the boosts Ninjask gave to Nidorino early, Nidorino easily wrecked the powerful, but slow frost fox.

Next it was revealed, that Regice was not the only legendary partner which Yeazzzy had befriended with. He sent out his majestetic Articuno to check its luck against Nidorino, who accepted the challenge with pride. He charged the Articuno roughly, but it was not quite enough, even though it broke a couple of bones of the bird. Nidorino had let his guard down for a moment after the attack, which was enough for the Articuno to strike back with equal impact, but Nidorino could not take it, because of the exhaustion he had gone through, taking damage from the hail.

Owning an opportunistic nature, Electrode jumped the Articuno with his lightning fast Volt Switch attack, which made the Articuno faint immediately.

The hail was ceased, which was a major reason for Alomomola to come out of its hiding to start a new one. Ninjask thought that it would be ideal to set up another Swords Dance, but alas, he got struck by the most heavy icicles falling from the sky, and fainted before anybody could benefit from his obscure ritual.

The lurking Electrode was ready to steal yet another one, and came out before anyone had said “Cat”, and fired one of his electric bolts at the fish, who was not very popular among Mite’s team at this point. Marvellously it survived the attack, even though not going down took most of its energy and concencration. That did not slow the speed ball, who just fired a Volt Switch instead, which left Alomomola fainted on the ground.

Yeazzzy’s crew only had one member left. Everyone expected the mightiest of the mighty to come out, but it was nothing but a pitiful ice cream.

“Embarrassing”, thought Samurott, as she shot water at the Vanilluxe she went against. However the Vanilluxe was one step ahead, and before the attack could make it, he had set up a substitute!
Mite and Samurott were quick to realize the tricky tactic that was being used against them, the ice cream cone wanted to make an attack by her miss by spamming substitutes. Samurott refused to just swallow an act like that silenty, so she attacked by using Grass Knot instead. That did not do nearly as much damage as Samurott had wished for, but at least she did not miss the attack, but the Vanilluxe was still one step ahead, and fired off an attack of its own in response, which was just neatly enough to turn off the lights of Samurott.

Samurott’s legacy against the silly, ridiculous yet surprisingly powerful enemy did not go to waste, though, when Sneasel saw the opportunity and decimated it with a low kick.
